Poor video playback quality

One thing bothers me on Tilt - video playback quality. It's really bad.
When I'm playing WMV files on TCPMP or Windows Media Player it freezes picture. I have found thread on xda-developers where people complaining on this.

is this with the tytn ll as well or just the tilt att version?

As I understand this is common problem of tytn II and derived devices such as AT&T Tilt.
